In case you’re wondering, yes I’m still inundated by bats, which contributed tightly to the angst that was August. And amidst all of that flying squeaking chaos, I decided to self-publish my Dark SFF Romance Series, The Price of Talent. I’ve got a cover designer mocking up images as we speak, and dates set with my editor to finalize the lot of them. My goal is to have the first four books of the series polished up for publication mid-2024. That will happen on a rapid release schedule, which means you’ll be able to read the entirety of the six book series over the course of 6-8 months.
Talk about batty.
Hmm? You hear the universe laughing, too? Yeah, it does that. I’ve been ignoring it while working on Playing with Fire, a novella covering Envy’s casino days. My editor has that as of yesterday, and is currently making it all pretty.
Meanwhile, my publisher was pleased with the updates to Air & Darkness and I’ll know by this time next month if they’re up for taking on book 2 of the Dae Diaries.
So, rough schedule? Yep, cue more angst…
